Job Contender entered a strategic alliance with CoachVille USA, one of the largest coaching communities in the world with more than 25,000 members in 70 countries. This group of certified coaches supports the Job Contender in its quest to get Americans back to work by providing Employability Coaching to job seekers free of charge.

Job Contender offers coaches an exciting opportunity to become specialized in Employability Coaching. This accreditation program is authorized by the Accrediting Alliance for Training and Development. You will learn to implement competency-based coaching by utilizing the 10 Success Factors developed by Job Contender Faculty. As an accredited Job Contender Coach you will coach job seekers who have completed the Masters Series at Job Contender. The purpose of this specialized coaching is to raise the Employability Quotient (E.Q.) of job seekers and transform them into Job Contenders.

As an accredited Job Contender Coach you can become the Manager of a Regional Action Group. In this role you are responsible for multiple stakeholders. You will connect career coaches with job seekers and oversee sponsor relations for the Job Contender Initiative in your region. To increase the number of jobs in the community, Job Contender supports businesses with Sponsor Benefit Programs.

Regional Action Groups work with local businesses to create job opportunities through education, training, HR and HRD consulting, employability coaching and frequent job fairs. A Regional Action Group also provides special services for Job Contender Sponsors in the form of Social Media Marketing, Assessments, Performance Coaching and Training Simulators. Each business that sponsors five or more scholarships receives, in addition to positive public relations, one of ITD International's Performance Improvement Programs. These programs are valued at $2.000 to $5.000 and are widely used by many Fortune 500 and 100 companies.
